Previous to becoming a Professional Mortgage Broker, Shilo worked a Sales Manager/Personal Trainer at a local gym. There he learned the importance of client relations, goal setting, expectations, and his passion for a healthy living and working out. When he’s not working on your mortgage, you can expect Shilo to be spending time with his family and children, working out, anything sports, or studying up on some of his passions.

David has been in real estate lending since 1999 with most of his expertise in the areas of loan processing and guidelines. Stacy is a motivated, high-performing sales professional with solid qualifications in large account
management and customer relationship building/maintenance. She has a proven ability to develop new
business and increase sales within established accounts and mature territories. Stacy has enjoyed
extensive travel throughout the territories she has managed and attends trade shows regularly. She
utilizes a consultative approach to asses clients’ needs and provide immediate solutions and programs
that meet the clients strategic goals.
Born in Salt Lake City, UT she and her family moved and spent her elementary years in Southern
California. Upon her return to Utah, Stacy graduated from high school in Sandy, UT and continues to
reside there today. She studied Business Management in college and went on to serve a religious
mission for her church, spending 14 months in the Southern states of Mississippi and Louisiana. Today,
she is the mom to identical twin boys (3) who are very active and help keep her on her toes. In May
2019, Stacy is set to be married in beautiful Playa del Carmen, MX and will become a bonus mom to
Charly (13) and Jadyn (10). She loves to travel, spend time outdoors and garden.

Tyler grew up in Utah and is the proud father of five kids. Four of which are boys and all play various sports at competitive levels. He is fortunate that his children didn’t inherit his lack of athletic ability and that he can live vicariously through their successes. He enjoys the beach and outdoor activities such as mountain biking and skiing.
From an early age he knew that marketing was his thing. He graduated in Marketing from Utah State University and started his career as a mortgage broker but realized over time that digital marketing was what he truly was passionate about. He enjoys helping businesses grow via search engine optimization and social media. He directs and organizes marketing initiatives with the goal of helping as many people know and experience why Shilo and The Z Mortgage Team are Utah’s mortgage experts.
